Remixes tend to be a hit or miss. Some people love em, while others see them as a mockery to an artist's original piece. But honestly, who doesn't love covers? Of course, we have our purists and elitists alike who babble about legitimacy, but substantially there are musicians who take another's to the next level. Tori Amos' cover of smells like teen spirit, for example, is a revolutionary adaption of the song's vibe and lyrical compose. At the end of the day, remixes and covers are the verge of a song's uniqueness, either distorting its beauty, livening its norm, or giving the ears a different idea and feel of its decoupage---and what better art to reinterpret then that of the the infamous Radiohead. For the fans, such covers and remixes are again either a hit or miss; a killing joke if you will...stop bickering, shutup, listen, and decide for yourself.
Remixes:
"laugh and the world laughs with you,
weep and you weep alone."
